      Title: Adjunct Faculty- Real Estate

      Salary Range: $800 per credit hour

      Job Summary

      This is a part-time faculty role in the Business Administration-Real Estate area. This position will provide online and/or classroom instruction to students.

      Job Duties:

      · Teach online and/or in-person Real Estate courses.
      · Create syllabi and set up assigned courses on the College’s learning management system following college standards.
      · Grade learner’s submissions in a timely manner and provide feedback to learners.
      · Submit course-related reports as requested by the college.
      · Maintain course standards set by the area.
      · Maintain communication with the coordinator of Business Administration.
      · Complete professional development trainings required of adjunct faculty.
      · Other duties as assigned.

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • Associate’s Degree or higher in any field.
      • Three years of experience in Real Estate.
       

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience teaching real estate courses.
      • Real Estate license.
