Part-time faculty are needed for online college classes and are paid at the rate of $725 per college credit hour. Qualifications for faculty vary according to subject area.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Eighteen graduate hours in the teaching discipline and a Master’s degree, or a Master’s degree in the teaching discipline required. • Online instructors are required to complete training offered by the college. Preference will be given to applicants with prior experience teaching online classes. BCTC uses the Blackboard Course Management System.
Provide online, classroom and lab instruction in competencies for Electrical Technology classes including but not limited to Electric Motor Controls, Rotating Machinery, Transformers, Programmable Logic Circuits, and/or the National Electric Code.
