Salary Range: $3,634 - $4,996 per month

Contract Term Length: 10 Months

Standard Hours: 37.5

Job Summary

The Instructor/Program Coordinator is responsible for the structure as well as the daily operation of the program, including organization, administration, periodic review and evaluation, continued development, and general effectiveness of program curricula. The Instructor/Program Coordinator must ensure that the effectiveness of all clinical affiliates/clinical education centers is maintained.



The Instructor/Program Coordinator should be familiar with the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) and the Joint Review Committee on Education in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (JRC-DMS).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in field and two years of full-time experience as a registered sonographer in the professional sonography field.
  • Coursework in instructional methodologies, evaluation, and assessment.
  • Credentials specific to one or more of the concentrations offered - vascular or cardiac.
  • Proficiency in curriculum development. 

**Applicants selected for an interview will be required to give a short (approximately 15 minutes) teaching demonstration on the topic to be determined prior to the interview.
