Provides support for second-level, non-routine issues relating to maintaining the local area network, computer hardware/software, and other technology related equipment for the Montgomery Campus.
-Plans, coordinates, advises, and addresses all trouble tickets.
-Troubleshoots and repairs computers and printer hardware.
-Monitors server performance and responds to malfunctions.
-Installs and maintains server-based software and lab workstations for faculty, staff and students.
-Assists with Distance Learning classes, maintenance, and scheduling.
-Maintains hardware/software computer labs and printers\copiers.
-Provides desktop computer & phone support and training to faculty, staff, and students.
-Analyzes end-user problems, makes recommendations, and implements solutions.
-Requests estimates and purchase equipment for the Information Technology Department.
-Reports issues, concerns and daily progress to the IT Director at the end of each day.
-Complete any other assigned duties.
Associate Degree or equivalent
Two years of experience
