Job Summary

WKCTC is a comprehensive community college that provides excellence in teaching a learning, promotes student success, and supports economic development.

Job Duties:

- Performs periodic campus walk-through; inspects and observes campus facilities, secures rooms and buildings and notifies respective department of observed problems (items needing repair, etc).
- Responds to medical emergencies, provides assistance as training allows, and contacts EMS as needed.
- Works with Director of Security to handle disruptions on campus, utilizing conflict resolution practices and contacts local police department as needed.
- Provides individuals escort service between cars and worksite as requested.
- Assists with campus crisis situations, with building evacuations, drills, etc as needed.
- Monitors parking facilities, insuring only authorized vehicles park in restricted areas.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School/GED, and one year related experience, or equivalent. 

Preferred Qualifications:

Security or law enforcement experience preferred but not required.
