Salary Range: $45,000 

Contract Term Length: 10 Months (June and July off) 

Standard Hours: 37.5

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging classroom instruction and clinical supervision for nursing students
  • Develop curriculum materials that reflect current healthcare practices and standards
  • Mentor students through their academic journey and professional development
  • Collaborate with healthcare partners to ensure relevant, hands-on learning experiences
  • Participate in program assessment and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support student success through academic advising and career guidance

What We're Looking For

  • Current unencumbered RN license in Kentucky 
  • Associate Degree in Nursing minimum; Bachelor's or higher preferred
  • Clinical nursing experience in acute care or specialty areas
  • Must have hospital experience in two of the last five years of your career
  • Teaching experience or strong interest in nursing education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to excellence and student-centered learning
