Job Summary

West Kentucky Community and Technical College’s Workforce Solutions department invites applications for adjunct positions. These are temporary, part-time positions used to fill teaching and training vacancies for both credit and non-credit courses as needed. When a position is available, qualified applicants my be contacted for an interview and asked to submit further documentation.

WKCTC’s Workforce Solutions department offers customized short-term business and industry training, technical skill upgrades, training assistance to industry, and CDL training, as well as a variety of community education opportunities.

Job Duties:

Instructors plan and carry out instructional activities, maintain records and reports on student attainment and progress.

Ability to communicate effectively, utilize computer applications, coordinate within departments, and manage student information with confidentiality.

Minimum Qualifications:

For Workforce Solutions adjuncts must meet minimum instructor requirements of associate degree level in the field of course(s) related.

For Continuing and Community Education, non-credit courses the instructor must demonstrate knowledge and skills in the are of concentration.
