Job Summary
Provides leadership and direction for Team LAUNCH grant including planning, developing and managing grant strategies ad as the Program Facilitator. Provides supervision of success coach staff training and activities. Maintains project fiscal and operational accountability as required by the grant and the institution by collecting, organizing, and maintaining full and accurate project records; allocating resources for program results; and facilitate communication and collaboration, both internally and externally. Work with potential employer partners to facilitate job shadowing or work experience opportunities for students.
Job Duties:
Establishes the program to coordinate and provide services that meet the needs of the students. Recruit a minimum of 25 students per year and retain 25 follow-up students. Assist in the interpretation of student data to implement the delivery of project services including student participation, advising or counseling, academic and non-academic support, career planning assistance, and retention to ensure progress and compliance with grant objectives and outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Education, Business Administration or similar
3-5 years of experiences managing a programs recruitment, budget, and outreach
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in education, workforce development, social services, human resources, or a related field (Master’s preferred depending on complexity of program)
Experience facilitating group-based instruction, workshops, or training sessions
Strong background in program coordination, implementation, and evaluation
Working knowledge of grant compliance and performance metrics tracking
Proficiency with case management systems, learning management systems, or data tracking platforms (e.g., Excel, Salesforce, CampusCE, or similar)
Ability to build and maintain community, employer, and agency partnerships
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and professional correspondence
Experience with career coaching, workforce placement, or student support services
Comfort with problem-solving, adaptability, and working independently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with industry-specific training needs, credentialing processes, or certification pathways (depending on the program’s focus)
Understanding of barriers to employment or education
