Job Summary
Administrative Assistant II position, to provide clerical support for the Nursing program on the Cumberland Campus. Working 23 hours weekly, 4-5 days a week. Travel is required to either the Harlan or Middlesboro campuses for the Nursing Pinning Ceremony.
Job Duties:
Maintains the records and required updates and notifications for all students in the evening/weekend RN and LPN program on the Cumberland Campus.
Gather and provide data and spreadsheets to the coordinator for clinical compliance regarding students.
Attends nursing meetings on that campus (performing secretarial duties such as meeting minutes and administration of appropriate documents and materials for meetings provided by the coordinator).
Provide administrative support including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events.
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and records for academic and accreditation purposes.
Maintain up-to-date student records, databases, and files in accordance with institutional policies
Assist with organizing orientation sessions, faculty meetings, and pinning ceremonies.
Manage inventory for nursing labs and offices.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED and two years related work experience, or equivalent.
