Job Summary
The Executive Assistant I will provide administrative support to the President's office and the Advancement office.

Job Duties:
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
• Oversee the daily operations of the President's office, serving as the front office manager. Responsibilities include supervising switchboard operations and work-study staff, managing guest interactions, and ensuring the front office functions efficiently and professionally.
• Manage the President's calendar and coordinate logistics for a variety of meetings and events, including board meetings and conferences. Duties include scheduling and confirming appointments, preparing agendas and meeting materials, arranging facilities and refreshments, attending meetings, recording and transcribing minutes, distributing documentation, and maintaining official records.
• Prepare, edit, and finalize a range of documents including reports, correspondence, change orders, invoices, and travel reimbursements for the President. Act as the initial point of contact for individuals and groups, representing the President's office when appropriate.
• Track and manage departmental expenditures, oversee budget maintenance and processing, and assist with gift processing in coordination with institutional advancement goals.
• Facilitate communication and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders, including college boards and government officials, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of materials.
• Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks such as photocopying, document distribution, office supply inventory management, and processing purchase requisitions for office needs and institutional memberships.
• Provide support in planning and executing internal and external events, including special and fundraising events, ensuring all logistical aspects are professionally managed.
• Uphold strict confidentiality in handling sensitive documents, communications, and departmental matters.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and institutional goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with years of related experience.
