Job Summary

Ashland Community and Technical College invites applications for our part-time adjunct faculty pool. These are temporary positions used to fill classroom vacancies as needed. Qualified applicants will have a Master's Degree with at least 18 graduate semester hours in the teaching discipline. The following areas are presently recruiting adjunct faculty:
English/Written Communication
Mathematics
Biology

Job Duties:

Teaching online or in-person

Conducts new employee orientation and manages the employee benefits at time of hire and during open enrollment period. Regularly travels to Fire Commission District Campuses to check in regarding updates and provide relevant information as it pertains to each office. Serves as a member of the Fire Commission Leadership Team. Responsible for FMLA, Worker's Compensation, and unemployment request for the district. Knowledge of all applicable laws and regulations.
