Job Summary

Please do not complete this application unless directed to do so by the SKYCTC Dual Credit staff. This application is for high school faculty who have been approved by their high school administration and credentialed by the SKYCTC Academic/Dual Credit Divisions to offer dual credit courses at your high school or ATC/CTC.

Job Duties:

Plans and carries out instruction, instructional activities, and prepares learning materials for applicable SKYCTC dual credit course. Provides instruction to students in both theory and practice in the particular area of instruction. Prepares lesson plans and maintains records and reports on students’ attainment and progress. Works closely with SKYCTC Faculty Liaison to ensure course alignment with appropriate SKYCTC course competencies.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's Degree from an accredited university with 18 hours in the subject area taught for general education and baccalaureate transfer courses.

For other technical courses, college degree from an accredited institution and relevant work experience as determined by the Academic Division Dean.

This position safely operates HFK vehicles to transport personnel, simulation equipment, task trainers, supplies, and other materials to local, regional, and statewide locations. This position may require occasional early morning, evening, weekend, or overnight travel based on transportation and program needs. The Transportation Specialist may also cross-train in entry-level Simulation Operations functions based on organizational need, employee interest, and demonstrated competency.
