Job Summary

Serves as the initial point of contact for visitors, students, and prospective students at the Newtown Campus Administration Building. Provides administrative support to the Newtown Campus which may include general office duties, organizing meetings, and supporting events.

Job Duties:

• Assists with daily activities of the campus including greeting visitors, answering the telephone, and distributing mail.
• Assists with scheduling room resources for meetings and events.
• Provides general college information to students.
• Assists with the physical setup and breakdown of special events, including preparing event spaces, moving materials and equipment, driving to pick up items, and lifting up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED and one year of related experience, or equivalent. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two-year degree and one year of related experience, or equivalent.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Strong computer skills.
• Good organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
