We are currently accepting applications for a fulltime instructor in the Cosmetology program.

Job Duties:

Primary Duties and responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
• Teaching approximately 15-20 contact hours per semester
• Maintaining weekly office hours
• Advising Students
• Participating on college or system committees
• Fostering and maintaining community partnerships
A successful ACTC faculty member will exhibit the following:

Minimum Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a current KY Cosmetology License and a current KY Cosmetology Instructor License. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required. Additionally, the successful candidate will be willing to teach at times convenient for students which may include day, evening, or weekend options. 

Preferred Qualifications:

Preference may be given to candidates with an advanced degree, post-secondary teaching experience, online teaching experience, or appropriate certifications for the field.
