Job Summary
ECTC is seeking a highly motivated individual to provide administrative support for the Fort Knox campus.
Job Duties:
Responsibilities will include:
• Work closely with Fort Knox ECTC office administration.
• Welcome visitors to the office.
• Provide general information to potential and current students, staff and stakeholders.
• Answering phone calls.
• Respond to telephone, in person or electronic enquiries or forward to appropriate person.
• Scheduling advising appointments, meetings and managing calendars.
• Prepare recruitment packets for events.
• Collaborate with office administration for office events such as Open House, Education Fairs, etc.
• Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
Position Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma and some college.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on a team
• Ability to adapt to change
• Strong organizational and people skills
• Proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Word, MS Access, and MS Excel
