Title: Part-time Administrative Assistant

Salary Range: $13.00 per hour

Contract Term Length: Not Applicable

Standard Hours: 16 hours per week

Job Summary

This position will provide administrative support at WKCTC's Paducah School of Art & Design campus 16 hours a week, Monday-Thursday, from 8:00 AM-12:00 PM.

Job Duties:

• Open building in morning before classes.
• Meet and greet students and visitors; provide information as requested.
• Perform general clerical duties
• Assist with room scheduling and conducting tours of PSAD (in conjunction with faculty) for prospective students and community visitors
• Assist in monitoring budget for WKCTC accounts
• Assist in maintaining electronic filing for documentation for BA8, BA50 & payment voucher purchases.
• Assist in purchasing classroom and office supplies.
• Assist in process maintenance and IT work orders to arrange for the repair and maintenance of equipment and the facilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED, as well as administrative or customer service experience.
