Job Summary
To manage the day-to day operations related to student registration and records.
Job Duties:
• Manages the day-to-day operations related to student registration and records. • Provides training and guidance on student information systems and departmental policies and procedures. • Manages and develops staff. • Organizes, supervises, and sets goals and objectives for the daily operation of the Admissions and Records Office. • Oversees the maintenance and security of all student records. • Coordinates and successfully implements the registration process. • Resolves daily problems and questions regarding admissions and records. • Evaluates all transfer coursework. • Conducts all pre-graduation, graduation, general education, and consortium agreement audits.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience. 2 to 4 years of experience in Student Services.
