Job Summary

We are seeking several skilled and reliable Stagehands to join our team. Stagehand responsibilities include, but are not limited to, setting up and tearing down equipment, assisting with stage production, and ensuring the safety of performers and crew members. The ideal candidate will have experience in stage production and a strong attention to detail.

Job Duties:

• Moving, setting up, and testing lighting, sound, props, and other equipment.
• Building sets and performing a variety of backstage and maintenance tasks.
• Assembling equipment and support structures and breaking them down.
• Assisting technicians with the operation of equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods of time.
• Experience in carpentry, electrics, audio, and hand tools.
• Comfortable working at heights is a plus.
• Ability to focus under pressure, follow instructions, and abide by safety protocols.
• Must be willing to work outside of normal working hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned by PAC Staff. 

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or the equivalent. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in stage production or related field.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods of time.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
