Job Summary

The Ready to Work (RTW) Program serves HCTC students who are receiving Kentucky Transitional Assistance Program (K-TAP) benefits.

Students must contact one of the Ready to Work Coordinators to determine eligibility before applying for this position:

Job Duties:

Perform on site job responsibilities as outlined by the RTW Coordinator and on site supervisor. Examples of placement could be local retail, on site institution offices, custodial placement, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicant must receive KTAP, be referred by the local Family Support Office, and be pursuing further education (enrolled/enrolling in college or working towards a GED).

All applicants must contact the listed Ready To Work Coordinator to determine eligibility for the program.
