Job Summary

Madisonville Community College (MCC) is a five-campus institution centrally located along I-69 corridor in beautiful rural Western Kentucky that serves Muhlenberg, Caldwell, Webster, and Crittenden Counties. Job Duties:

Coordinates and supports implementation of a comprehensive “early alert” academic intervention program to improve student retention and graduation rates. Travel will be required

• Assists coordinator of The Learning Space in addressing Title III grant objectives.
• Assists in delivery of tutorial instruction in The Learning Space.
• Provides learning management system support for faculty and students (Blackboard preferred).
• Uses relational databases effectively (Access, my SQL, etc.)
• Distribute communication to targeted student audiences under general supervision
• Assists in the facilitation of student orientation, workshops, and programs
• Support students with standard information and resources
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal, oral, and written skills.
• Demonstrates ability to work with limited direction.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience. Relevant experience is 0 – 2 years.
