Job Summary

General office and customer service duties in support of the SKYCTC Adult Education program.

This position is on the KATI Campus, located at 1127 Morgantown Rd, Bowling Green, KY 42101.

The job pays $14.00 an hour with a maximum of 20 hours per week. Some evening hours will be required. Subject to employment expectations, such as dependability, punctuality, and confidentiality.

Job Duties:

• Assists by welcoming students and community guest into the building.
• Assists with student orientation, testing, and scheduling for classes.
• Maintains college-wide documents, including syllabi templates and Blackboard organization sites.
• Customer service, answer phones, filing, copying.
• Other duties may be assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

Declare a program of study.
Be enrolled in at least 6 hours for the fall and spring semesters.
Maintain a 2.0 GPA
Meet Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) and Maximum Time Frame
(MTF) requirements each semester
Have a completed FAFSA on file.
The Department of Education requires ample room in the student’s financial aid budget to allow for a work study award.
Kentucky State Law requires state and national pre-employment background checks as a condition of employment.
