To provide support to the personnel of the department including the following: • Provide timely and professional customer service to the incoming office traffic. • Process document requests as needed regarding department specific needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a current student of Ashland Community and Technical College.
Additional Skills Requested:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to communicate effectively with office staff, students and others who contact the office. • Experience with programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel preferred. • Strong problem-solving skills and great attention to detail. • Ability to complete assigned work in a timely manner. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
