Henderson Community College is seeking a Student Support Specialist I to join the Financial Aid Department. This position assists students with a variety of academic, professional, and personal support services designed to help them overcome academic and non-academic barriers, successfully navigate college processes, and develop the skills and resources needed to support retention and graduation.

ECTC is seeking a Communications Instructor with the ability and desire to teach General Education oral communication courses including COM181, COM252.and any other related courses. This position will instruct the equivalent of 15 credit hours per semester and be responsible for student guidance-advising activities, internal and institutional service, external and community service, professional development activities, and educational leadership. Assignments may include some evening, weekend, and/or off-campus courses. Candidates must possess a strong commitment to teaching, working with a diverse population, and serving the community and technical college mission. The assignment period is a full-time, 10-month (August-May) position.

The primary purpose of the temporary part-time Tutor - Student Support Services is to tutor eligible students in need of remedial work in Math or Math and English.

ECTC Springfield Campus is seeking a regular, full-time 10-month (August – May) Mathematics tutor for the TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) grant to provide students with math tutoring. This is a grant-funded position through August 31, 2030, with annual evaluations.

Job Posting: Director of Student Support Services for Leitchfield & Springfield ECTC is seeking a Director of Student Support Services (SSS) to provide academic and other support services to low-income, first-generation or disabled college students to increase student retention and graduation rates. The director’s time will be split between the ECTC Leitchfield campus and ECTC Springfield campus. The director is responsible for all facets of designing, implementing, administering, supervising, and evaluating the SSS project. This is a grant funded position through 2030, with annual evaluations.

Lead initiatives that inspire and prepare students for healthcare careers. The Coordinator will increase awareness of healthcare career pathways, build workforce opportunities, and help students explore educational and employment options in the healthcare field.
