Tuition Waiver

All Colleges within KCTCS offer tuition waivers to employees, spouses and dependent children (age 23 or less, as defined by federal financial aid guidelines) for up to 18 credit hours per year (six hours in the fall, spring, and summer) per person at any KCTCS college.

Community Service Day

KCTCS employees receive 7.5 hours of paid time off to volunteer per Fiscal Year (July 1 – June 30). Spend your day-off volunteering and wearing your College's gear making our community a better place!

Institutional Close

All Colleges within KCTCS observe a two-week institutional closing beginning in December, which will include the day before Christmas Eve, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

Adjunct-Nursing Assistant Skills Instructor

This temporary, part-time position is used to fill classroom vacancies as needed: days, evenings, weekends and/or online. Nursing Assistant Skills I instructor will be responsible for classroom lecture, supervising students in the college laboratory as well as clinical site locations associated with the requirements of NAA100 Nursing Assistant Skills I curriculum.

As a Paramedic Adjunct Instructor, you'll teach both classroom theory and hands-on clinical skills to aspiring emergency medical professionals. You'll work alongside dedicated colleagues in a supportive environment that values innovation, collaboration, and student success. Our program combines cutting-edge simulation technology with real-world experience to prepare graduates for rewarding careers in emergency medical services.

Civil Engineering Technology, Surveying and Mapping Program Adjunct (Part Time Instructor)

Cynthiana. Maysville. Morehead. Mount Sterling
Maysville Community and Technical College is seeking qualified applicants for adjunct positions in Civil Engineering Technology, with a focus on Surveying and Mapping, at any of its campus locations. This position may include supporting and/or leading field-based instruction associated with surveying courses and labs. Responsibilities include assisting with hands-on field exercises, operating and maintaining surveying equipment, and supporting student learning in both classroom and outdoor environments. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in civil engineering technology, surveying, or a related field. Assignments may include on-campus, in-person instruction and field/lab-based activities, with the potential for online instruction as needed. This is not a remote position.
