Job Summary

Elizabethtown Community & Technical College is seeking a full-time Facilities Worker III to be a custodial team member at the Elizabethtown Campus.
Working Hours – 12:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M.

Job Duties:

Responsibilities will include:

Performs daily cleaning of classrooms and offices, including dusting, removing trash, cleaning windows, vacuuming, wiping down baseboards, and removing cobwebs from ceilings. Daily sanitization of the building is required.

• Performs daily cleaning and maintenance of restrooms.
• Maintains grounds by picking up trash and removing snow.
• Moves furniture or equipment for room setups
• Performs floor maintenance such as shampooing carpet, sweeping, mopping, stripping, waxing, and buffing.

Minimum Qualifications:

Position Requirements:

High School/GED, and two years of related experience or equivalent. Must be able to lift between 50 and 100 pounds.

• Available to work flexible weekday or weekend shifts.
• Ability to work effectively on a team
