Salary Range: $13 per hour

Job Summary

Provides high quality customer service to prospective students, current students, parents, faculty, visitors, and community members to support the campus’ retention and expansion of student enrollment, strong community relations. Also provides administrative and operational support to the campus and Campus Director including but not limited to procard edits, purchasing, budget processes, scheduling, promotional materials, campus tours, and campus events.

Job Duties:

• Assists with daily activities of the campus including greeting visitors, answering the telephone, and distributing mail.
• Provides general college information, admission, and registration support to students. Makes student IDs.
• Performs assigned PeopleSoft functions including screening students for advising appointments.
• Assists with planning, organizing, and implanting special events.
• Administers and assists with placement testing and entering scores into PeopleSoft.
• Updates Campus Information and maintains academic program information as well as all student services information.
• Schedules events and works with academic sections in Archibus.
• Schedule student appointments for advising, orientations, and placement testing.
• Support students, faculty, and staff with technical issues including password resets, pay for print, and copier maintenance.
• Provide administrative support to the Campus Director.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED and one year of related experience, or equivalent 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two-year degree and one year of related experience, or equivalent

• Strong computer skills
• Good organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
