Job Duties: The Mathematics Division of Jefferson Community and Technical College has openings for Adjunct Instructors to teach all levels of Mathematics. The primary responsibilities of these positions are to teach courses, maintain some office hours for mentoring and coaching students, success and retention activities, and utilization of a learning management system such as Blackboard for communication and feedback. These positions may be asked to teach on any of Jefferson’s campuses, and/or possibly online.

Candidates who have experience with intersectional, inclusive instruction and with a demonstrated ability to incorporate diverse perspectives into teaching and student engagement are encouraged to identify those experiences in the application materials. Qualifications: Eighteen graduate hours in Mathematics and a Master’s degree, or a Master’s degree in Mathematics is required.
