Part-time faculty are needed for online college classes and are paid at the rate of $725 per college credit hour. Qualifications for faculty vary according to subject area.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Eighteen graduate hours in the teaching discipline and a Master’s degree, or a Master’s degree in the teaching discipline required. • Online instructors are required to complete training offered by the college.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preference will be given to applicants with prior experience teaching online classes. BCTC uses the Blackboard Course Management System.
