Title: Administrative Assistant (Executive Assistant I)

Salary Range: $41,880 (Min)- $52,356 (Mid) - (Salary is to commensurate with education/experience and internal equity)

Contract Term Length: 12 Months

Standard Hours: 37.5

Job Summary

Provides administrative support for KNAT operations, including scheduling, financials, communications, and data and reporting requirements. Supports contracts with vendors including the statewide Nurse Aide Exam. Provides assistance for system-wide meetings.

Positions with the KCTCS System Office located in Versailles, KY are term-contract positions, with the expectancy of continuance based on performance.

KCTCS offers a hybrid work schedule with a requirement to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per work week. Hybrid work schedules are subject to periodic review and may be modified or terminated at any time

Job Duties:

Assist KNAT testing sites with exam guidance, administration, customer support, and professional development ensuring effective communication and supporting continuous improvement.

Serve as the system liaison to KNAT-related technical platform vendors and provide detailed feedback to assist with troubleshooting. Create and support systems to track, monitor, and prioritize modifications.

Maintain accurate records and data tracking to ensure accurate and timely test result transmission to Kentucky Board of Nursing, students, and training provider.

Reconcile rosters for invoicing and troubleshooting college or contract lead concerns.

Process KNAT audit-related expenses.

Facilitate accurate billing and invoicing as well as sharing of information across KCTCS departments, training providers, vendors, and test takers following KCTCS Business Policies and Procedures.

Provide logistical support for system-wide meetings.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and four (4) years of relevant experience or equivalent.

Bachelor's Degree and four (4) years of relevant experience or equivalent.

Additional Skills Requested:

Degree in business, healthcare, or communications. Data entry, Excel, and Word experience needed. KNAT related experience preferred.
