Title: Administrative Assistant -Nursing

Salary Range: $16.81 per hour

Contract Term Length: Not Applicable

Standard Hours: 20 hours weekly

Work Location: On-Site

Job Summary

Provides administrative support and quality customer services for Practical Nursing program

Job Duties:

  • Provide administrative support for the Practical Nursing program staff and other team members.

  • Assist with maintaining program records for KBN and ACEN reports.

  • Provide quality customer service for the Practical Nursing program.

  • Monitor and maintain office inventory (supplies, etc.).

  • Communicate to the Nursing Division Office manager expenditures and purchasing requests for the Practical Nursing program; maintain financial records of budgetary transactions.

  • Maintain Practical Nursing program meeting minutes.

  • Help monitor/track clinical agency requirements using Castle Branch Bridges

  • Other duties assigned by the program coordinator.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma and one-year related work experience, or equivalent 

Preferred Qualifications:

• ASSOCIATE’S DEGREE (RELATED FIELD) AND 4 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE
