We are accepting applications for a Facilities Worker III at our College Drive Campus.

Job Duties:

Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform groundskeeping and landscaping duties including snow removal
• Inspect buildings, grounds and other structures to detect needed repairs
• Perform repairs such as changing light bulbs, painting, carpentry and other assignments
• Maintain appropriate documentation through the work order system
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment
• Deliver supplies and orders to different areas of the college
• Assist in monitoring HVAC system
• Perform custodial duties including cleaning and disinfecting of restrooms, classrooms, eating areas, offices and meeting rooms, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors, trash removal, dusting furniture and cleaning windows.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

The position requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Must have a valid driver’s license. Experience with lawncare equipment, hand tools and power tools is required.
