Job Summary
The Part-Time Office Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient operations within the business office. This position serves as a greeter for students and visitors, offering assistance with general inquiries and processing payments.
Job Duties:
Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, assisting with payment-related questions, and taking accurate messages. Additional duties involve filing, maintaining organized records, and supporting staff with routine office tasks as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma/GED
