Job Summary
Supplements services provided by Ready to Work Coordinators, including but not limited to caseload management, student worker supervision, policy interpretation, and record keeping. This includes covering a college's RTW caseload during coordinator absence. Conducts regular case reviews and contract monitoring with college coordinators utilizing grant funder's online tracking system and internal KCTCS systems. Assists Ready to Work Coordinators with contractually required services, including ensuring Kentucky Works Program participation is met for multiple types of participants and systems are updated as required. Some travel will be required.
Positions with the KCTCS System Office located in Versailles, KY are term-contract positions. This position is grant funded. Contract currently ends 06/30/2028.
KCTCS offers a hybrid work schedule with a requirement to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per work week. Hybrid work schedules are subject to periodic review and may be modified or terminated at any time
Job Duties:
Conducts regular case reviews and coaching to Ready to Work Coordinators. Ensuring participants meet Kentucky Works Program requirements and have a valid plan to do so.
Supplements services provided by Ready to Work Coordinators, especially during times of coordinator absence. This includes, but is not limited to caseload management, student worker supervision, policy interpretation, and record keeping.
Assists KCTCS leadership with contract monitoring, reporting, and another contractually required services.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and four (4) years of relevant experience or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in working with Kentucky Works Program participants and a knowledge of program requirements. Higher education and/or Kentucky Adult Education experience around student support and services.
Additional Skills Requested:
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Work, or other related degree.
Occasional travel required with light lifting of office supplies or program materials.
