The Ready to Work (RTW) Program serves HCTC students who are receiving Kentucky Transitional Assistance Program (K-TAP) benefits.

Job Duties:
Perform on site job responsibilities as outlined by the RTW Coordinator and on site supervisor. Examples of placement could be local retail, on site institution offices, custodial placement, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicant must receive KTAP, be referred by the local Family Support Office, and be pursuing further education (enrolled/enrolling in college or working towards a GED).
