Job Summary

Gateway Community and Technical College invites applications for the (Student Only) part-time position of Workforce Solutions Office Assistant. This position helps the department with general office support.

Job Duties:

Student will assist Workforce Solutions staff with office support duties listed below:

• Maintaining files
  
• Data entry and document preparation
  
• Spreadsheet maintenance
  
• Making copies/scanning
  
• Binding workbooks
  
• Other duties as assigned
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Basic Microsoft Suite experience
  
• Dependable, able to maintain a work schedule
  
• Self-starter who is able to meet deadlines
  
• Good communication skills
  
• Organized
  
• Able to work well with individuals and groups
  
• Follows instructions, policies and procedures
  
• Detail orientated and accurate
  
• Able to maintain confidentiality
