Tuition Waiver

All Colleges within KCTCS offer tuition waivers to employees, spouses and dependent children (age 23 or less, as defined by federal financial aid guidelines) for up to 18 credit hours per year (six hours in the fall, spring, and summer) per person at any KCTCS college.

Community Service Day

KCTCS employees receive 7.5 hours of paid time off to volunteer per Fiscal Year (July 1 – June 30). Spend your day-off volunteering and wearing your College's gear making our community a better place!

Institutional Close

All Colleges within KCTCS observe a two-week institutional closing beginning in December, which will include the day before Christmas Eve, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

KCTCS currently has tuition discount agreements with Morehead State University, Western Kentucky University, and Northern Kentucky University.

Ready To Work Part-Time Student & Career Specialist

ECTC is seeking a Ready to Work Student & Career Specialist to support students participating in the Kentucky Ready to Work program. This position will help students successfully enter, persist in, and complete their educational and employment goals. The specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for Ready to Work students, providing recruitment, orientation, advising, career coaching, retention support, and connections to campus and community resources. Funding for Ready to Work is provided by the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services Department for Community-Based Services.

Agriculture Adjunct

Elizabethtown
Elizabethtown Community & Technical College invites applications for an Agriculture Adjunct Instructor. This part-time faculty position will provide instruction for the selected day, evening, and weekend classes at all campus and regional center locations, including Elizabethtown, Springfield, Leitchfield, and Brandenburg.

Financial Aid Advisor III

ECTC is seeking a highly motivated, hands-on individual to provide outreach and overall management of all functions related to scholarship programs, including the preparation of application materials, coordination of selection committees, determination of student eligibility for awards, and account management for all scholarship programs. This position will report to the Director of Financial Aid and assist with scholarship marketing and outreach efforts to new and current students.

Business Office Customer Service Manager

ECTC is seeking a Business Office Customer Service Manager to provide leadership and oversight for the Business Office, including customer service, budgeting, financial reporting, staff supervision, and compliance. Supervises and coordinates cash handling, student accounts, and front-end customer service.

Financial Specialist III

Elizabethtown
ECTC is seeking a Financial Specialist III to administer Dual Credit and Centralized billing for the college. The position will collect the documentation and information required to accurately process invoices for the various departments within ECTC, with a specific focus on Dual Credit billing for Dual Credit students and our partner High Schools, ATCs, etc. as well, the position will also work with Workforce Solutions, Nurse Aide, Culinary, Assessment Center, Advancement, the Business Office, and other areas of need.
