Title: Student Worker - Glasgow Health Campus Assistant

Salary Range: $14.00 per hour

Contract Term Length: Not Applicable

Standard Hours: up to 20 hours per week

Job Summary

General office and customer service duties in support of the SKYCTC Glasgow Health Campus.

This position is located at 129 State Ave., Glasgow, KY 42141.

The job pays $14.00 an hour with a maximum of 20 hours per week.

Anticipated employment is August 2025 - May 2026, subject to employment expectations, such as dependability, punctuality, and confidentiality.

Job Duties:

Filing, copying, and scanning documents

Delivering mail/orders to appropriate building/office

Greeting visitors/students and directing them to the correct buildings

Assisting with event preparation

Running errands between buildings

Miscellaneous clerical duties

Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Minimum Qualifications:

Declare a program of study.
Be enrolled in at least 6 hours for the Fall and Spring semesters.
Maintain a 2.0 GPA.
Meet Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) and Maximum Time Frame (MTF) requirements each semester.
Have a completed FAFSA on file.
The Department of Education requires ample room in the student's financial aid budget to allow for a work study award.
Kentucky State Law requires state and national pre-employment background checks as a condition of employment.
