Job Duties:
Abide by all Ky Board of Cosmetology rules and regulations
Provide practical and client laboratory instruction and supervision for Cosmetology students
Maintain record keeping for student hours as indicated by the KY Board of Cosmetology
Responsible for instruction in cosmetology courses. Applicants must have knowledge of multiple teaching methods, and education principles, practices, and methodologies for all facets of cosmetology training
Must have the ability to demonstrate hair, makeup, nails and/or skin care services and walk students through the procedures step-by-step
Minimum Qualifications:
A current KY Cosmetology License A current KY Cosmetology Instructor License
Preferred Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a cosmetologist in the industry Associates degree
