Job Summary

Administrative Assistant II to provide support for the Workforce Development Programs. This position will be housed on the Middlesboro campus but may require travel to the other SKCTC campuses.

Job Duties:

• Assist with participant enrollment processes for workforce development programs, including maintaining enrollment records, completions, and outcomes.

• Support course setup and updates in student information and learning management systems, as applicable.

• Maintain organized financial and program records to support audits and internal reviews.

• Support project directors and evaluators by compiling enrollment, participation, and outcome data.

• Help ensure compliance with grant and institutional reporting timelines.

• Serve as an occasional point of contact for students, instructors, employers, and community partners regarding workforce development programs.

• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings, trainings, and events, including securing meeting space, arranging resources, and preparing materials.

• Assist with recruitment and marketing efforts for workforce programs, including outreach coordination, maintaining contact lists, and distributing promotional materials.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate degree with 3 years of experience.
