Job Summary

To support the workforce development activities and programs, in the Bell County Service Regions. This position will focus on employer engagement, particularly with manufacturing and industry partners. This position is located on the Middlesboro Campus, but travel could be required to other SKCTC service regions.

Job Duties:

• Collaborate with project managers and instructors to develop customized training for business and industry.
• Analyze workforce development program data to identify internal trends. Lead efforts in data and report management in collaboration with others.
• Manage coordination of evaluating program and course effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align program offerings with business and industry needs
• Assist with the development of apprenticeship opportunities for business and industry and high school students.
• Assist with the coordination and scheduling of Adult Peer Support training.
• Manage special initiatives assigned to the Workforce Solutions department.
• Responsible for data entry into Salesforce, and for generating enrollment reports both credit and non-credit.
• Work collaboratively with marketing to develop robust marketing for training and special projects offered through Workforce Solutions.

Additional Information:

This role requires a combination of analytical skills, coordination capabilities, and technical proficiency to support and advance the Workforce Solutions department and is vital to the department’s function and success, ensuring that workforce development programs meet the evolving needs of industries and businesses. The position offers the opportunity to impact various initiatives, from apprenticeship programs to special projects and grants.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience. 4 to 6 years of experience.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent data management and report generation abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholders.
• Experience in apprenticeship coordination.
• Technical proficiency in relevant platforms such as TEAMS, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
