Title: Institutional Effectiveness Specialist V

Salary Range: $63,708.00 or commensurate with relevant experience

Contract Term Length: 12 Months

Standard Hours: 37.5

Work Location: On-Site

Campus Location: This position can work on any of our MCTC campuses, Licking Valley (Cynthiana), Maysville, Montgomery (Mount Sterling), or Rowan (Morehead).

Job Summary

Maysville Community & Technical College is seeking a dedicated Institutional Effectiveness Specialist V to lead initiatives that drive organizational success and continuous improvement. Job Duties:

As part of the Kentucky Community & Technical College System, you will use data-driven strategies to enhance institutional effectiveness, guide strategic planning, and support accreditation compliance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on transforming data into actionable insights and collaborating with faculty and staff to strengthen educational programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead strategic planning initiatives to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with the college’s mission and goals.
• Lead accreditation compliance activities, reporting, and reaffirmation processes.
• Lead comprehensive assessment activities across academic and administrative departments through collaboration with faculty and staff to develop effective strategies.
• Analyze institutional data to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree or higher required with preference given to credentials in assessment, research or a related field. Experience with data analysis and assessment methodologies.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Higher education experience is preferred.

Additional Skills Requested:

Strong written and verbal communication skills; Knowledge of higher education accreditation processes; Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
