Salary Range: $3,162.00 (Monthly Minimum, 12-Month Contract)

Contract Term Length: 12 Months

Job Summary

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations, manage schedules, and keep things running efficiently.

Job Duties:

Provides administrative support for the Glasgow Health Campus, Nursing Division, and Allied Health Division. Oversees purchasing, budget reconciliation, and financial operations for the Glasgow Health Campus, Nursing Division, and Allied Health Division. Responsible for acquiring equipment, instructional aids, and supplies for students, faculty, and staff within the Nursing Division and the Allied Health Division. Serves as the liaison for student financial aid, assisting with scholarships, grants, loans, and FAFSA guidance for students at the Glasgow Health Campus. Monitors budget expenditures to ensure procedural compliance and supports the campus and program’s fiscal integrity. Schedules logistics and secures resources for meetings, conferences, travel, and department operations. Maintains organization and updates physical and electronic records related to work operations according to established policies and procedures and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate degree and three to four years related work experience or equivalent. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; possess excellent customer service, as well as strong written and oral communication skills. The successful candidate will have experience handling confidential information and possess a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills. Must be detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and ability to work independently or as a member of a highly-functioning team. This position requires a high level of professionalism and initiative, as well as the ability to meet deadlines, to work under pressure, and to adjust to changing priorities.
