Job Summary
ECTC is seeking a Dual Credit Coordinator who will serve as team lead assisting the Director of Secondary Partnerships. The Coordinator will work closely with high school counselors and faculty to build dual credit enrollment, and to create pathways that encourage high school students to enroll at Elizabethtown Community & Technical College
Job Duties:
• Grow the Dual Credit Program, including the preparation of policies and procedures for instructors, schools, students, and academic departments.
• Serves as the main contact for an assigned group of students to guide them to achieve academic success.
• Manage student accounts by applying dual credit and work-ready scholarships, working closely with the Business Office to ensure scholarships are applied and reconciled.
• Enter high school transcripts and enrollment verification forms into Peoplesoft and scan and index into OnBase.
• Assists the Recruitment Team with college visit days, campus tours, and group presentations.
• Foster relationships with local high schools in our service region and initiate formal agreements.
• Contributes to the achievement of the College’s recruitment and retention goals by providing information to the high school students, parents, teachers, administrators, and district officials by representing the College at events for the high school market and encouraging dual credit students to consider attending ECTC upon graduation.
• Develop and distribute necessary training materials, handbooks, and brochures for high school administrators, faculty, and students regarding the use of Peoplesoft and other university technologies.
• Works cooperatively with the Registrar and fellow Admissions staff to ensure that special registration assistance is provided for dual credit students, including visits to area high schools in a timely manner to collect admission and registration materials to meet specified registration deadlines.
• Assists in achieving the college’s outreach goals by working cooperatively with staff from various campus and off-campus organizational units, especially area schools and school districts.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Education with a focus on Counseling or Student Affairs, or related field), and 1 year of experience, or equivalent.

travel frequently to our regional high schools.
