Job Summary
The Enterprise Help Desk Administrator will lead the configuration, implementation, and administration of the enterprise helpdesk system for the Kentucky Community & Technical College System. This role will also provide functional support for end users by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the enteprise help desk. In addition to managing the Help Desk, this position provides functional support for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions
Positions with the KCTCS System Office located in Versailles, KY are term-contract positions, with the expectancy of continuance based on performance.
KCTCS offers a hybrid work schedule with a requirement to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per work week.
Hybrid work schedules are subject to periodic review and may be modified or terminated at any time

Job Duties:
Primary system lead for enterprise help desk tools. Leads implementation and support of the enterprise help desk for all colleges and the system office.
Leads the enterprise design and implementation of help desk features including request forms, workflows, and automation for all colleges and the system office.
Establishes enterprise help desk standards, including security, and documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders and provide ongoing leadership, support, improvement, and training.
Provides functional support for Peoplesoft Campus Solutions to include testing of new/existing functionality to improve effectiveness and efficiency for all colleges and system office.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and four (4) years of relevant experience or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree and six (6) years of relevant experience or equivalent
