We are currently accepting applications for an Executive Assistant II that provides support to the president and human resources.
Job Duties:
Duties and Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
• Provide administrative support to the president including calendar management, travel arrangements and file maintenance • Maintain departmental budgets • Assist with the annual faculty promotion process • Create and maintain meeting minutes • Serve as liaison for board of directors and foundation board. • HR Data entry • Assist with new hire paperwork • Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
The qualified applicant will have a minimum of two years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Must has excellent customer service skills and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prefer an applicant with higher education experience and experience working in an executive setting.
