Job Summary
Madisonville Community College (MCC) is a five-campus institution centrally located along I-69 corridor in beautiful rural Western Kentucky that serves Muhlenberg, Caldwell, Webster, and Crittenden Counties. Job Duties:
• To become proficient in multiple delivery methods including face-to-face day and evening, hybrid, accelerated, and online course modalities and may require travel to multiple campuses or teaching sites. • Possess professionalism and exemplary communication and presentation skills. • Foster an active and inclusive learning environment and utilizing our learning management system (Blackboard) for communication and feedback. • Possess a strong commitment to student learning and will be receptive to using active and engaged teaching methods and technology in the classroom. • Demonstrate an interest in the mission of the comprehensive community college concept. • Demonstrate an interest in the mission of the Radiography Program concept. • Participate in team teaching and curriculum development • Participate in department and college committee assignments, student advising, community service, and professional development activities
Minimum Qualifications:
• Holds a bachelor’s degree • Holds current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification and registration, or equivalent (an unrestricted Kentucky state license) in radiography • Documents 2 years of clinical experience in the professional discipline • Documents 1 year experience as an instructor in a JRCERT-accredited program (preferred) • Proficient in curriculum development, supervision, instruction, evaluation, and academic advising
