Tuition Waiver

All Colleges within KCTCS offer tuition waivers to employees, spouses and dependent children (age 23 or less, as defined by federal financial aid guidelines) for up to 18 credit hours per year (six hours in the fall, spring, and summer) per person at any KCTCS college.

Community Service Day

KCTCS employees receive 7.5 hours of paid time off to volunteer per Fiscal Year (July 1 – June 30). Spend your day-off volunteering and wearing your College's gear making our community a better place!

Institutional Close

All Colleges within KCTCS observe a two-week institutional closing beginning in December, which will include the day before Christmas Eve, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

KCTCS currently has tuition discount agreements with Morehead State University, Western Kentucky University, and Northern Kentucky University.

Student Support Coordinator

The Student Support Coordinator is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing student basic needs support, student activities, and career service programming. The position oversees basic needs resources and develops programs that promote student engagement, well-being, and success. The position collaborates with campus and community partners to identify student needs and connect students with appropriate resources and support.

Part-time Administrative Assistant

This position will provide administrative support at WKCTC's Paducah School of Art & Design campus 16 hours a week, Monday-Thursday, from 8:00 AM-12:00 PM.

The Instructional Designer drives revenue and program growth for Workforce Solutions by selling customized training programs to employers and building the curriculum needed to deliver them.

Part Time Adult Education Instructor

Provides academic instruction to adult education students by planning, delivering, evaluating, and documenting effective lessons aligned with state and federal standards. Assesses student progress, maintains an engaging and well-managed learning environment, supports student success, and participates in ongoing professional development while meeting Kentucky Adult Education performance goals.

Administrative Assistant II

Provide administrative and operational support to the Applied Technologies Division by assisting the Dean, faculty, and students, coordinating divisional processes, and promoting an efficient, student-centered learning environment.

Admissions Coordinator III

Paducah
The Admissions Coordinator III provides advanced admissions and enrollment support by processing student admissions records, evaluating documentation, coordinating specialized enrollment processes, and ensuring compliance with institutional, state, and federal policies. This position serves as a primary resource for students, faculty, staff, and external partners while supporting recruitment initiatives, scholarship processing, workforce partnerships, and collaborative programs to promote student access and success.
