"I enjoy working at BCTC because of its unwavering culture of care for students, faculty, staff, and the community. Over the past 14 years, I have witnessed firsthand the institution’s commitment to investing in the growth, development, and potential of its people. Having the opportunity to contribute to students’ success stories brings me both joy and pride. Each achievement serves as a reminder that I am exactly where I am meant to be, doing meaningful work that aligns with my purpose and allows me to make a lasting impact in the lives of others."
