Job Summary
Provides administrative support and quality customer services for Leestown Associate Degree Nursing program.
Job Duties:
Provide administrative support for the Nursing program staff and other team members.
Assist with maintaining program records for KBN and ACEN reports.
Provide quality customer service for the Leestown Nursing program.
Monitor and maintain office inventory (supplies, etc.).
Communicate to the Nursing Division Office manager expenditures and purchasing requests for the Leestown Nursing program; maintain financial records of budgetary transactions.
Maintain Leestown Nursing program meeting minutes.
Help monitor/track clinical agency requirements using Castle Branch Bridges
Other duties as assigned by the program coordinator.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree (related field) and one-year related work experience, or equivalent

Strong organizational skills
The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong commitment to student services and success
The ability work in a team environment
Strong clerical and computer skills including financial record keeping and customer service.
