Job Summary

Southeast Kentucky is seeking a Workforce Solutions Program Administrator III to support workforce development activities and programs, assessing their effectiveness and ensuring alignment with industry and business partner needs., This role involves significant collaboration with Program Administrators, Industry Relationships Specialists, and other stakeholders to drive program success and relevance.

Job Duties:

• Customized Training: Coordinates the design, development, marketing, data entry, and delivery of customized general training programs to business and industry.
• Apprenticeship Coordinator: Oversee and develop apprenticeship opportunities for business and industry and high school students.
• Peer Support Coordination: Coordinate, schedule, and market Adult Peer Support Specialist trainings. Assist with the development of new offerings for peer support specialists.
• Grant Oversight: Manage and reconcile grant budgets, reconciliations, and reporting for grants awarded to the Workforce Solutions department.
• Special Initiatives: Manage special initiatives assigned to the Workforce Solutions department.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience. 4 to 6 years of experience.

Additional Skills Requested:

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent data management and report generation abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholders.
• Technical proficiency in relevant platforms such as TEAMS, Salesforce, and Microsoft
Office Suite.
